Challenge:

Shadow Concepts LLC was given the task to manage and produce a strategic plan behind the development of a website that would unite and motivate young entrepreneurs. Under30CEO aimed to be the go to resource for young entrepreneur content online. Under30CEO wanted larger business sites to utilize the content it created and develop their own young entrepreneur sections to further their reach and inspire more people.

Under30CEO needed an highly engaged community that would support the company’s mission and support the young entrepreneur movement.

Solution:

Blog – Content was carefully crafted to gain mass attention. Unique interviews were attained weekly to shed insight into the industry and business at a young age. The community was encouraged to contribute and submit guest articles showcasing their expertise on business and youth entrepreneurship.

Twitter – 4-8 updates a day were made focusing on promotion of content. Connections were pursued with top industry people on Twitter.

Facebook – 1-2 updates a day were made to promote content and encourage community response.

Email Newsletter – 1 Email was sent each month highlighting the best of the past month along with offers and features that were only announced to the newsletter subscribers.

The site and its content has been featured on Entrepreneur.com, The Huffington Post, MSNBC, TheStreet.com, Business Insider, Fox News, Black Enterprise Magazine, American Express Open Forum and ReadWriteWeb.
